Universidad de Santiago is the higher education institution that informs about its news and events in the best and timeliest way, according to the Media Perception Survey conducted by the Department of Communications of our University in 2014. (1)

The relation between Universidad de Santiago and the media was rated 100% positive (89% “Very good”; 11% “Good) by the media. (1)

In 2014, the University was cited 5,714 times in radio, television, newspapers, magazines and digital media notes. The average number of appearances in the media was 476 entries per month. (2)

We think about Chile

Universidad de Santiago thinks about Chile in the coming years across all its academic structure, especially in its nine institutes, think tanks and research centers: CECTA (Food), CEDENNA (Nanoscience and Nanotechnology), CEUS Llanquihue (Food Technology), CICES (Higher Education), Comenius (Educational Innovation), CEDETEC (Educational Technology), Citecamp (Innovation), IDEA (Social Sciences) and Innovo (Technology Transfer).
