Objectives

• Supervising the economic and financial activities of the University and its related enterprises.
• Controlling the management process of all strategic units defined by the authorities.
• Giving opinions about the degree of effectiveness and probity of the resources involved in the administrative operations.

 
Functions

• Executing the annual work plan.
• Auditing general balance sheets and profit and loss statements of the University and related enterprises.
• Supervising incomes and the use of funds.
• Evaluating the internal control procedures established in the administrative information systems.
• Examining the management process of the University units at all levels.
• Assuring that position handover and takeover procedures are properly followed.
