The Department of Quality and Accreditation (DQA) is the unit responsible for implementing and coordinating the management processes and quality assurance of the University, from the point of view of processes (Quality Management System, QMS) and academic programs (accreditation processes of careers and undergraduate and  graduate programs).

The DQA has a multidisciplinary team of professionals with extensive experience in quality management and accreditation processes, who give expert advice to academic and administrative units, in order to implement the QMS and provide guidelines and methodological and technical support to the careers and programs in self-evaluation and accreditation processes.

Additionally, the DQA technically coordinates the accreditation process of the University; conducts satisfaction studies with the University services; supports tasks associated with institutional management control (improvement plans, accountability reports) and manages the University Office of Information, Complaints and Suggestions (UOICS).
